A quality result cannot be inspected into a product at the end of the job. It has to begin with a clear specification.

Specify

The requirement is established before production begins.Material, thickness, tolerance, rating, finish, quantity and project requirements are clarified so the manufacturing team knows exactly what has to be achieved.

Design & Approve

We work from your existing drawings or develop the design from your concept.Where design work is required, the relevant drawings and details are reviewed and approved before manufacturing proceeds.

Build

Cutting, forming, welding, machining, assembly and panel wiring are controlled through the manufacturing process.Where possible, these processes are completed by the Stärk Stahl team in-house, reducing unnecessary handovers between suppliers.

Finish & Test

The product is finished according to the approved requirement.Depending on the project, this may include powder coating, assembly, electrical wiring, inspection and testing.

Deliver & Install

Where included in the project scope, the same team can support delivery, installation and commissioning.

Different projects can require different technical, electrical, manufacturing or industry standards.Rather than applying one blanket compliance statement to every product, the relevant project requirements should be confirmed as part of the specification and design process.Where a particular standard or certification is required, tell us at enquiry or RFQ stage.Our team can review the requirement and confirm how it applies to the proposed build before the project moves into manufacture.This ensures that compliance requirements form part of the approved specification — not an assumption made after production has started.
